The Kingdom and its children around the world have never ceased to be one and the same nation. MDN brings together Moroccan expertise established abroad and puts it within reach of those who need it.
A global community, mobilized to build the future of the Kingdom.
All around the world, millions of Moroccans are building, innovating, creating and succeeding. They carry with them the soul of a country, the strength of a culture and the vision of a shared future.
It is for them, and with them, that today was born the Moroccan Diaspora Network.
This initiative was born from a simple yet ambitious conviction: to bring together the best talents and experts of the Moroccan diaspora to imagine tomorrow's Morocco together.
From this ambition was born a White Paper , the result of collective work bringing together twenty-seven flagship projects designed by innovative and visionary Moroccans of the world. These projects, designed for the horizons of 2030-2040 , cover strategic sectors essential to the future of the Kingdom. As an expression of our commitment and our confidence in Morocco's potential, this document will be presented to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him.
We deeply believe that the Moroccan diaspora does not only have the duty to dream big for its country, but also the responsibility to propose, act and contribute concretely to its development.
It is from this vision that the need for a lasting structure was born. Not just another institution, but a true space of convergence: a place where expertise meets opportunity, where individual ambitions become a collective momentum, and where the diaspora stops being a scattered force and becomes a structured, influential lever.
Morocco has always known that its children, at home and abroad, form one and the same nation. Our role today is to strengthen this link between the expertise of Morocco and that of Moroccans around the world , by connecting talents, catalyzing investments, showcasing expertise and building lasting bridges between our international presence and the development of the Kingdom.
Our platform also aims to create a true bridge between this expertise , in order to foster exchange, the sharing of expertise, strategic partnerships and the realization of joint projects. Its mission is to bring elected officials and Moroccan political figures from around the world closer to their counterparts in the Kingdom, in order to strengthen dialogue, encourage cooperation, develop institutional twinning and foster joint initiatives in service of the Kingdom's development.
We are not starting from scratch. We are starting from everything you have already accomplished.
This network is yours. Bring to it your expertise, your experience, your network and your commitment. Because the Moroccan diaspora does not need to be discovered. It needs to be united, mobilized and set in motion.
Together, let's build what we are already capable of becoming.
The Moroccan diaspora has never lacked commitment. What it lacked was a tool. To identify its expertise, connect it, and make it mobilizable in service of the Kingdom: this is what MDN was designed for.
