Moroccan Diaspora Network is a platform for Moroccans living outside Morocco. It features a directory of expertise, working commissions, projects, a news feed, and job or training opportunities. The goal is to let people who don't know each other find one another and work together.<\/p>\n
MDN is a registered association, governed by the French law of 1 July 1901, headquartered in Toulouse. It was formed on 18 June 2026, on the initiative of Hadj CHAFIQ, by ten founding members who today make up its board.<\/p>\n
To bring together, structure and mobilize the expertise of Moroccans around the world, as well as of anyone wishing to contribute to this dynamic, in order to contribute to reflection, knowledge production and the formulation of proposals of general interest related to the economic, social, scientific, cultural, educational and territorial development of the Kingdom of Morocco.<\/p>\n

Your application is reviewed.<\/strong> Each application is reviewed by the MDN team. You are informed by email of its progress and then of the decision.<\/p>\n 03. Explore the network.<\/strong> Once a member, access the directory, projects, commissions and opportunities.<\/p>\n 04. Join a commission.<\/strong> Apply based on your skills and area of contribution.<\/p>\n 05. Post and interact.<\/strong> Share news, react, or contact a member through private messaging.<\/p>\n 06. Take part in events.<\/strong> Sign up for gatherings organized by MDN.<\/p>\n Every membership application is reviewed before access to the network is granted. Impact projects, opportunities and events are reviewed before being published. Thematic commissions are monitored by coordinators. News feed posts are published directly by their authors: they are not subject to prior review, but are removed when reported and found to breach the charter.<\/p>\n The applicable rules are set out in the Community Charter<\/a>. The measures that may apply in the event of a breach, ranging from content removal to account termination, are described in Article 8 of the Terms of Use<\/a>. The member concerned is informed and may submit their comments.<\/p>\n The association is run by a ten-member board, elected by the founding general meeting of 18 June 2026. Its president, Hadj CHAFIQ, is the legal representative of the association and the site's publication director. The bylaws and the composition of the board are provided on request to contact@moroccandiasporanetwork.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n MDN is an independent association. It does not represent any institution and does not promote any party. Domestic political debates, whether Moroccan or from members' countries of residence, are kept out of the network, which is not intended to host electoral debate.<\/p>\n Membership is free and the platform does not carry advertising or commercial solicitation.<\/p>\n Anyone from the Moroccan diaspora wishing to stay informed, share their expertise or contribute to a project in Morocco, as well as anyone wishing to support this effort. Each application is reviewed before approval.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n No. Registration and use of the platform are free.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n The time varies depending on the number of applications received. An email is sent at each stage of the review.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n Yes.
